MV+63: A Cryin' Shame

A while ago ~silencestation and I discussed who we would turn perma-63, and we both agreed that we would've given it to Danny because it should have been. But it's too late for Danny that that Luke's married, of course. Time to draft that petition to DC to change Tim into a girl before it's too late for him too.

Oh man, Luke is so crap. But you shoulda seen him before, at least he looks like a shounen manga version of a black dude now...
